After reviewing all the pending cases under the Higher Financial Assistance Scheme in various offices of the State Government, all these cases will have to be considered / disposed of on an immediate basis as per the rules. In addition, in all cases which are pending due to lack of ancillary information only, in all the cases, the office of the concerned administrative department / head of department / concerned office Immediately contacted the dependent family of the employee.
The missing details will have to be disposed of as per the rules. (2) Late. At the time of death of the employee, the office of the head of the administrative department / department, the office of the head of the administrative department / department concerned should immediately get the application for higher financial assistance of the eligible member of his dependent family.
