Among the above instructions, guidelines for re-opening of Universities / Colleges were issued by the Education Department from the letter mentioned in the order (1). , Ph.D. , M.Phil .. etc. courses, all medical / paramedical and other graduate courses (technical and non-technical all) only final year (final year)students will be physically taught from 1 1/1/2021 And decided to continue on-line study in other classes.
