Some people do not wipe the body properly after bathing, which increases the strength of the bacteria.  At the same time, the smell of sweat bothers you.  Problems with sweating are common during the summer.  This sweat causes your acne and oily skin to go away.  Apart from garlic and onion, we also consume a lot of things which are responsible for bad breath and bad breath.

 1. Baking soda-

 2. Lemon-
 Lemon is considered to be the best for removing sweat odor.  Lemon balances the pH of the skin better.  Cutting a lemon and rubbing it on the underarms will not cause body odor.  You can make a paste by mixing corn starch and lemon juice if you wish.  Apply it on the hands, feet, underarms or the whole body.  Keep it this way for 10 minutes.  Then take a bath. By doing this you will feel refreshed and you will not even smell of sweat.
3 .  Tomato-
 Tomato is very useful for skin and it also removes sweat odor.  For this, squeeze the juice of two to three tomatoes and mix it in a bucket of water.  Now take a bath with this water.  If you have bad breath, keep your hands and feet dipped in this water for 30 minutes.  The antiseptic properties present in it help in killing any odor producing bacteria.

 4. Vinegar-
 Vinegar is also used to remove body odor.  To do this, tap it into the cotton pad and apply it to the sweaty area.  It kills odor-causing bacteria, which eliminates the problem of odor.

 5. Green Tea-
 Green tea can eliminate not only dark circles but also the problem of odor.  For this take water in a pan and keep it warm.  Now mix green tea leaves in it and then boil it.  When it boils, turn off the gas and let it cool.  Now dip a cotton ball in this green tea water and apply it on the sweaty areas.  It is rubbed wherever there is excessive sweating.
With the onset of summer comes the desire to drink sugarcane juice.  It is fun to drink cold and fresh cane juice throughout the afternoon.  Sugarcane juice is consumed by all people.  Drinking sugarcane juice also has many benefits ... Sugarcane juice is rich in calcium.  Sugarcane juice will be beneficial for you if you want to strengthen your bones and you are an athlete.  Drink a glass of sugarcane juice daily after jogging.

 - It is stated in Ayurveda that sugar cane juice is beneficial in constipation.  It has alkaline properties which means it is also good for treating acidity and stomach ache.

 -Anemia is also known as anemia.  In anemia, the number of red blood cells decreases.  However, anemia can be eliminated by supplementing the body with iron.  Iron is abundant in sugarcane juice.  That is why drinking sugarcane juice can prevent the risk of anemia.

 - Sugarcane juice contains sufficient amount of calcium.  Sugarcane juice can be beneficial if you want to strengthen bones.

 -Sherdi juice also gives relief in urinary tractor infection.  Sugarcane juice has diuretic properties.  People who suffer from urinary tract infections or inflammation should drink sugarcane juice.

 - Sugarcane is rich in carbohydrates, proteins, potassium and other essential nutrients.  A glass of sugarcane juice raises energy levels.  It makes plasma and fluids in the body.
How to get rid of leg pain
 Shake the ice
 Health experts often advise you to apply a hot pack or a cold pack when you have leg pain.  But did you know that a hot shake is just as beneficial?  Cold packs are just as beneficial.  I.e. an ice shake.  It also reduces swelling.  You can bring cold packs available in the market for shake.  Or you can shake the ice cubes by wrapping them in a thin cloth or towel.  If it hurts a lot, shake twice a day.

 Oil massage
 Massage by selecting oil according to the season.  It is not advisable to massage where there is swelling.  Gently massage into and around the affected area.  It improves blood flow.
Turmeric milk
 Drink turmeric milk if the pain in the legs gets worse.  You will get the benefit of its pain relieving properties.  Turmeric also has many anti-oxidant properties.

 Eat foods rich in magnesium
 Include foods rich in magnesium in the diet to prevent recurrence of leg pain.  Eat bananas, nuts, green vegetables.  Take jaggery after meal.
Frequent leg pain is a common problem.  Earlier, only the elderly faced this problem.  But now people of all ages are troubled by it.  If this pain continues for a long time then walking becomes difficult.
If anyone has a problem with blotting, do not include apples in your diet.  Because apples are a rich source of fiber, which can cause not only gas problems, but also bloating and abdominal pain.
Surprising to hear but garlic can also increase the problem of blotting.  Let's say that garlic contains fructane, which can increase the problem of bloating.

Consumption of beans can increase the problem of blotting.  It should not be consumed in case of blotting problem.  Beans are rich in fiber, which not only causes diarrhea but also causes bloating and pain in the abdomen.
