રાજકોટ જિલ્લા શિક્ષણ સમિતિ હસ્તકની પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં શાળાના આચાર્યના ચાર્જ સોંપવા અંગેની સૂચનાઓ પરિપત્રિત કરવામાં આવેલ હતી જેમાં સૂચના ક્રમ નં. ૩ માં “ફકત શાળાના આચાર્યના ચાર્જના હેતુ માટે જિલ્લા ફેરથી આવેલ શિક્ષકોની પણ ખાતામાં દાખલ તારીખ જ ધ્યાને લઈ આચાર્યનો ચાર્જ આપવાનો રહેશે.” એ મુજબ સૂચના આપવામાં આવેલ હતી.
સબબ ઉક્ત સંદર્ભ-૨ મુજબના ઠરાવની ક્રમ નં. ૬ મુજબની જોગવાઈ અનુસાર "૧૯૭૦ પછી અન્ય જિલ્લામાં ગયેલ શિક્ષકો જે તારીખે અન્ય જિલ્લાની નોકરીમાં જોડાય તે વર્ષમાં ભરતી થયેલ શિક્ષકોની સિનિયોરિટીમાં યાદીમાં છેલ્લો રહેશે.” જે ધ્યાને લઇ અત્રેના સંદર્ભ-૧ મુજબના પત્રમાં સૂચના ક્રમ નં. ૩ માં નીચે મુજબનો સુધારો કરવામાં આવે છે.
આચાર્યના ચાર્જના હેતુ માટે જિલ્લાફેરથી આવેલ શિક્ષકોની જિલ્લામાં દાખલ તારીખ ધ્યાને લઈ શાળાના આચાર્યનો ચાર્જ આપવાનો રહેશે.
