India chased down a target of 4 for 19.4 in the second match of the three-match T20 series against Australia in Sydney.  For India, Shikhar Dhawan contributed 56, Hardik Pandya 42 * and Virat Kohli 40 runs.  By winning this match, India has taken a 2-0 lead in the series.

 India needed 14 runs in the final over in the runchase, with Hardik hitting two off the first ball, six off the second and fourth.  Hardik hit 44 * in his 22-ball innings with the help of 2 fours and 3 sixes.  At the opposite end, Iyer was unbeaten on 12 off 5 balls.

 Virat Kohli was caught by keeper Wade off Daniel Sams.  He hit 40 off 24 balls with the help of 2 fours and 2 sixes.  Kohli has become the first victim of Sams in International T-20.  Earlier, Sanju was caught out by Smith on a long-off bowling by Samson Swapson.  He hit 15 off 10 balls with the help of 1 four and 1 six.

 Shikhar Dhawan hit 52 off 36 balls with the help of 4 fours and 2 sixes in the 11th fifty of his T-20 career.  He was caught out by Swapson in the deep in Adam Zampa's bowling.  Earlier, Lokesh Rahul was caught by Swapson at deep point in the bowling of Andrew Tiny.  He hit 30 off 22 balls with the help of 2 fours and 1 six.

 Australia are 194 for 5 in 20 overs.  Captain Matthew Wade scored 58, Steve Smith 46, Moses Henriques 26 and Glenn Maxwell 22 for the Kangaroos.  T for India.  Natarajan took 2 wickets, while Shardul Thakur and Yuzvendra Chahal took 1-1 wickets.

 Matthew Wade, the second fifty in Wade's T-20, hit 58 off 32 balls with the help of 10 fours and 1 six, hitting the second fifty of his T-20 international career.  In Sundar's bowling, Kohli dropped his easy catch on the cover, although he was run out by Kohli / Rahul as Wade was out of the crease.
Glenn Maxwell was caught out by Sundar at the point in Shardul Thakur's bowling.  He hit 22 off 13 balls with the help of 2 sixes.  While Steve Smith was caught by Hardik at long-off in the bowling of Yuzvendra Chahal.  Smith hit 46 off 38 balls with the help of 3 fours and 2 sixes.

 Missed Chance: Hardik Pandya dropped his catch at deep midwicket in Thakur's bowling while Wade was batting at 39.
