In such circumstances, the Department of Education has decided to conduct a diagnostic test to know the learning loss of the previous standard before the next standard subject admission. 

 This diagnostic test is to know the current level of study-teaching level, based on the result of which information about learning loss will be obtained.  It is therefore desirable that the student take the test without any fear and with a definite healthy mindset.  Following the diagnostic test, unit tests of various subjects will be conducted from time to time as per the above reference resolution.  The following is the schedule of the diagnostic test which is planned to find out the learning loss of the students before the commencement of the new semester course in the month of July, the schedule of the diagnostic test

the test has to be organized at the district level keeping in view the following instructions. Diagnosis test of standard 9, 10 and 12 to be taken in the year 2021-2022 and entry of marks of all unit tests from school level has to be done on the portal of Command and Control Center, Gandhinagar.  Hence it is mandatory to have DISE coDE of all the school and child unique ID number of all the students of the school.  Also, entry should be made according to each student's stream (science stream / general stream / other stream).  This detail should be updated immediately by the school.

The school has to plan strictly adhering to the above schedule.  Subject and syllabus of standard wise diagnostic test are given in Bidan-1.  J - The standard diagnostic test syllabus includes useful chapter topics from its next standard (PREMOUS STANDARD) syllabus (e.g. question papers based on standard 8 subjects have been prepared for the standard 9 diagnostic test).  The principal will be responsible for the evaluation of the answer book of the diagnostic test by the subject teachers of the standard in which the student is studying.  Students have to prepare the subject wise and question wise results by July 30 (e.g. Madhavi's standard-12 general stream sociology subject diagnostic test 1 to 31 according to the marks of all the questions to be prepared according to the marks. Sample of result sheet is included in enclosure-2.  According to which the result has to be prepared in EXCEL Sheet and displayed on the school record. Based on this result, marks will have to be entered on the portal of Command and Control Center (CCC) Gandhinagar. In the first week of August at Marks and Control Center at Gandhinagar.  SARAL DATA APPLICATION, the detailed instructions of which will be circulated separately, thus informing all the secondary and higher secondary school principals of your district about the above instructions  Such request.
