Date:- Regarding preparation of teacher setup register in primary schools as on 31/07/2024 depending on student-teacher ratio

Returning to the above subject, as per the provision of Chapter-C (1) of the Resolution of the Education Department Reference-1, provision has been made to approve the establishment as on 31st July every year as per the pupil ratio of the primary teacher/teaching assistant. According to which the institution of primary teacher/ teaching assistant has to be approved for the current year.
From this office’s reference letter, the process of setting up approval process for the academic year:- 2024-25 is to be initiated for the entry/uploading of the details of the children admitted in the current year in the schools of your district/town education committee in the Child Tracking system(CTs). Date:- Instructed to complete by 15/07/2024. Also, the process of updating the details of students and teachers on SAS Portal and Teacher Portal has to be completed from your level. According to which the Excel Sheet of 1 to 12 sheets of the prescribed sample has been included in the soft copy of the setup register for the current year. So all the details to be filled in all these forms have to be prepared.
In addition, the number of students admitted in Balwatika should be added to the number of students from class 1 to 5 in the current year in sheet-1. Also Form-11 has been added for the information of disabled children, in which the information of children with 40% or more disability from your level and registered on UDID (Swavalamban Portal) or children with disability certificate has to be prepared. Also Form-1 The details of SOE (School of Excellence) must also be shown.
The details to be filled in form-1 to 12 should be followed by following the instructions given below.
