If the self-governing schools wish, they can get all the question papers from the District Primary Education Officer/Governing Officer and use them in their school. For this, the amount fixed to the District Primary Education Officer, the Governing Body, which the self-supporting organization has to pay. 5) Government as well as Granted Primary Schools have to implement same cohorts of all subjects based on same time table. 6) In the schools where shift system is in force, the examination of all the subjects of all the standards will have to be conducted as per the given schedule. 7) If a local holiday has been given by any district on the dates mentioned in the examination schedule, then the leave has to be canceled and the examination must be taken as per the schedule. 8) Test papers will be prepared by District Education and Training Bhawans. In which the paper The responsibility of language correction will be the District Education Committee- District Primary Education Officer and the Governing Officer in the Town Primary Education Committee. 9) Students of class 3 and 4 have to write answers in the test paper. Students of class 5 to 8 have to write their answers in a separate answer book. 10) Necessary arrangements for maps in social science, environment and graphs in mathematics must be made by the district administration / corporation along with the test papers. 11) Verification of answer sheets under the Semester Test should be done at the school level itself. 12) Detailed instructions regarding online data entry of test result will be given separately by the entire Education, State Project Office, Gandhinagar and the work has to be completed within the time frame accordingly. 13) The second semester examination is starting from 03-04-2023, dt. Periodic evaluation of 01-04-2023 will not be held. All the principals have to take note of this.
According to the monthly allotment of the syllabus prepared by GCERT in all the subjects of class 3 to 8, the syllabus of the second semester from November 2022 to March 2023 will be taken into consideration. For Class-IV English as Second Language, the whole year syllabus will be taken into consideration. 3) Test papers for Gujarati (First Language), Maths, Science, Social Science and Environment subject tests will have to be prepared on the basis of the prescribed pattern on the basis of the same schedule. Also, the test of the rest of the subjects will have to be conducted by the independent primary schools voluntarily based on the schedule prepared at their school level, taking into account the prescribed format. Granted schools have to pay the prescribed amount for the question papers to the District Primary Education Officer, Governing Body.
