India has once again decided to ban 47 Chinese apps.  These apps were acting as clones of recently banned apps.  The government has previously banned 59 apps, including many popular ones.
India last month launched a digital strike by banning 59 Chinese apps, including TikTok.  Sources told India Today that the government has now decided to ban 47 more Chinese apps.
These apps acted as clones of banned apps some time ago.  According to sources, breaches of national security could be investigated against 250 Chinese apps.
A new list is currently being compiled, which also includes some gaming apps.  Many popular Chinese games in India may also be banned in the next list.
The list also includes popular apps like Pubji and Ali Express, according to the report.  These apps have millions of users in India.  These apps are allegedly sharing data with China and this is why government agencies are reviewing it.
The Indian government has once again launched a major digital strike on China.  The Indian government has banned a further 47 S from China.  This has been reported by sources associated with the issue.  Earlier, the Indian government had banned 59 Chinese apps.  According to media reports, most of these banned apps include cloning apps.
This means that these apps were acting as clones of recently banned apps.  These apps are accused of compromising users’ data.  India launched the crackdown on Chinese apps after a scuffle broke out between Chinese troops and Indian troops in Galway Valley.
However, let me tell you that there is currently no comment from the Home Ministry on this.  But an official source said that Chinese apps are constantly being renewed and efforts are being made to find out where these apps are getting funding from.
The official further said that some apps have been reported to be dangerous for national security.  While some apps are violating data sharing and privacy rules.
