A total of 1,34,352 students had appeared for the exam. Overall, 71.9% students passed the GSEB Class 12th Science exam that totals to 1,23,860 students who have passed the exam.
Once the result is declared, the candidates who have qualified the exam will go for the further admission process in various courses and colleges. The candidates who will not be able to qualify the exams will appear for the compartment examination which will take place in the month of June 2019. However, the result for the same will be out in the month of July 2019 on the official website of the board. However, the declaration of result will be confirmed by the board after the result as the compartment examination was available in the school premises last year.
In case the students find that their Gujarat 12th Science result 2020 is not as they expected, there is an option of revaluation as well. The candidates willing to apply for re-evaluation need to follow the prescribed process and have to pay a nominal fee for rechecking. For any queries regarding the Gujarat 12th Science Results 2020, the students will be required to contact the authorities at their respective institutions.
Last year, 72.99% students cleared the Class 12 board examination for science. The GSEB HSC science exams were written by 1,34,352 students and 98,087 candidates passed. The pass percentage was lowest in the last five years and around 9% less than 2017 when 81.89% candidates passed. With a pass percentage of 74.91, girls outperformed boys who recorded 71.84% result.
