The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has set a deadline for ringing during incoming calls on mobile and landline. Trai said that a ringtone should be played for 30 seconds on a mobile phone and 60 seconds on a landline phone for a call to come. Even if the customer does not pick up the phone, the ringtone should not turn off before the scheduled time. Improving the quality rules of the telephone Aquila service and cellular mobile service, Trai said that with this new update, the service providers who call service will alert the incoming voice call when the ringing ring is not answered, unless the phone call is made. The ring will have to be played for 30 seconds in Mobile and up to 60 seconds in Landline phone by Kanyidai Laki. Trai further stated, however, that if no reply is received for 90 seconds from the opposition party, then the service provider who made the call from the company can cut the unanswered phone. Jio also appealed to the TRAI to impose a huge fine on Airtel and Idea for breaking the licenses’ Kanidai Lakhi rule and existing laws. Airtel accuses Geo of misleading TRAI Kanyidai Laki. Jio has done so before the call connect charge is applied. Reliance Jio has accused the old operators of complaining that they were working illegally by counting the viral Kanyidai Lakhi number as a mobile number and should be fined. Bharti Airtel accused Reliance Jio in retaliation, saying that they were misleading the director over the call connect charges. TRAI has been forced to take this step after a dispute over call ring time between Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel. Trai issued the order, saying that recently the authority had noticed that some of the telecom service provider companies had reduced the alert ring time on their own, which was causing customers to feel bad. At the same time, it was noticed that the call time was reduced by the sending companies and the receiver companies.
