The government has issued an alert. In fact, information about this has been given by the government from the Twitter handle of PIB Fact Check.  Any such message in this treat is considered absolutely false.  The government has said that no such fund has been announced for Cavid-19.  Users need to be alert.  The tweet clearly states that you should stay away from such messages and do not forward them, as well as not clicking on the link.  This type of message can hack your phone, or even steal data.
