The academic session is coming to an end and after the examinations are over, the children will have time for summer vacation.  How will our children spend this time?  The idea of ​​a summer festival arose sooner than I thought.  The children of Std. 3 to 8 spend their time happily in the summer festival and they get activities for all round development.  This whole summer festival is going to be online – offline.  The activities that will take place in the summer will be fun for the children as well as for the family, keeping away the excessive attachment of mobile, encouraging new experiments, bringing out the inner abilities of the child and developing it and bringing it closer to Indian tradition and culture.

Our successful Prime Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modi Saheb during his visit to Vidya Samiksha Kendra, Gandhinagar mentioned that there are advantages of technology, if you acquire technology then the door of a new world opens for you, but digital as well as physical means child.  Development is necessary.  Children’s social connection is enhanced by playing sports, doing service work, doing group activities with the family for their academic and holistic development.  This statement of our Prime Minister is truly connected with education.

This is what we have woven in the summer festival.  During the vacation, children will play daily desi games that we grew up playing in childhood but today’s generation has forgotten.  We will provide heart training through art activities and competitions as well as activities to cultivate family spirit.  We will also teach coding for computer education to develop the child’s reasoning and knowledge of technology.  We will do stories, nursery rhymes as well as learn how to make a short film and also learn about plays.  In view of the noble announcement made by the Government that education should be linked with the Bhagavad Gita, we will instinctively connect the verses of the Bhagavad Gita to the children in the Grishmotsav through storytelling.  Thus the qualities that are to be developed in children through various activities are the goal of our national education policy.

We are all working for the holistic development of the child and building the best nation through it.  This is going to be a unique initiative by the Gujarat State Education Department.  We know that parents are sending their children to summer camps to teach them something new during the vacation, so with the help of our excellent teachers and a concerted effort we are going to have this summer without discriminating between private and government.  Where children will not only learn new things but also they will be nurtured and civic.  |  – Friends, we encourage all teachers and students to participate in the Summer Festival with maximum number of students from Std. 6 to 8 and join them wherever possible.  The link for registration is given below.  Teachers and students will have to register through this link.  The following telegram group link can be connected to the summer activities and literature.
