Regarding planning of relocation and district internal transfer camps.
have been published by the resolution dated 11/05/2023 of the Education Department and the amendment resolution from time to time. In terms of the referred letter-4 dated 31/07/2024, permission has been received to organize the exchange camp as per the sanctioned authority.
Pursuant to which, this year, as per the order of this office dated 12/08/2024 as per the approved structure dated 31/07/2024, as per the time sheet attached herewith, the Legislative Assistant/Primary Teacher/Higher It is advised to organize primary teacher transfer and district internal transfer (online) camps.
In view of the provisions of Chapter-H of the resolution referred to 1 of the Education Department, the number of Assistant Principals/Primary Teachers/Higher Primary Teachers performing additional duties over and above the sanctioned establishment as on 31/07/2024 for the current year. Movement of the teacher has to be decided in the camp.
As on 31/07/2024, as per the approved authority, the details of the teachers in the district in which there is an excess of teachers after the replacement of the Deputy/Primary Teacher/Upper Primary Teacher in the district as per the prescribed sample sheet and referred after the completion of the transfer camp procedure. As per the provision made in Chapter-H(19) of the resolution, the details of the department/subject wise vacancies as per Annexure-4 have to be sent to this office by 24/08/2024.
While uploading the vacancies in the district division where the teachers who have been ordered to be allotted schools as per option are not released, the existing school of the teacher has to be shown as the vacancy and the school to which the allotment has been made. That place has to be considered filled.
4. In case of primary teacher/ teaching assistant who has previously been transferred internally or within the district and has not been dismissed due to non-sustainability of the institution, the post in the original school shall be shown as vacant and the post in the transfer school shall be treated as filled.
5. As per the details of the schools functioning in your district (School Name, School Discode, Pay-Center Name and Pay-Center Discode) after verifying the details, the net vacancies as on 01/09/2024 have to be uploaded on the online portal as per the provision of resolution.
6. After uploading the vacancies on the online portal, the type or section of the vacancy cannot be changed under any circumstances and if any question arises regarding the change of vacancy, the entire responsibility of the concerned District Primary Education Officer/Administrator will be.
7. Due to uploading of wrong school/discode/vacancies by you, any administrative or legal question arises regarding implementation of transfer order after selection of school by that Primary Teacher/Teaching Assistant, it will be the sole responsibility of the concerned District Primary Education Officer/Administrator. ..
8. As per the provisions of Order-13 of General Instructions Chapter-G of Education Department Reference-1 Resolution Participating in any kind of requisition exchange, the primary teacher/Teaching Assistant must be of mature age and of sufficient understanding and there is a possibility of injustice to other candidates of the selected school once the online requisition is made. The order cannot be revoked under any circumstances. So the primary teacher/ teaching assistant who really wants to undergo internal transfer has to apply for internal transfer online on the suggested website.
